Our Background The Mortgage Shop ( Aberdeen ) is an Aberdeen based company wholly owned by Gregor Howitt of Gregor Howitt Financial Services Ltd since February 2001. Gregor was one of the founder staff members of The Mortgage Shop which traded from the premises at 441 Union Street from May 1998 until this company was dissolved on the retirement of its principal.
